    • 20B is composed of fluorescent magnetic powder, nonionic surfactants, and corrosion inhibitors. It is a pre-blended dry mix of 14A magnetic powder and WA-2B water conditioner.
    • Suspension: Water Only
    • Recommended Concentration: 1.5 oz./gallon of water (11.5 grams/liter)

    • Magnaglo is used in magnetic penetrant testing to locate surface and subsurface flaws in ferrous parts.
    • MAGNAFLUX's wet fluorescent magnetic particle testing products are designed to hold up better and do not break down during agitation.
    • Magnaglo 20B is used to locate fine surface and slightly subsurface discontinuities such as: inclusions, seams, shrink cracks, tears, flakes, welding defects, grinding cracks and fatigue cracks.
    • The component being inspected must be made of a ferromagnetic material such as iron, nickel or cobalt, or some of their alloys.
